Elior School Dining Expands Nutritious Dining Program with BridgePrep Academy Charter Schools in Florida

Palm Beach County, FL, August 17, 2026 - Elior School Dining is expanding its longstanding partnership with BridgePrep Academy Charter Schools in Florida through new dining service contracts at the Palm Beach and ChampionsGate campuses. The additions build on Elior's successful Florida charter school dining program, which already serves up to 10,000 students and faculty across 18 BridgePrep schools statewide, further strengthening its commitment to delivering fresh, nutritious meals and exceptional dining services throughout the state.

I have had the distinct pleasure of working closely with their team during one of our most significant operational transitions to date.  Elior was instrumental in our complete foodservice takeover, seamlessly managing 16 of our school sites with professionalism, efficiency and a clear commitment to excellence – with menus featuring both nutritious and appealing options for our diverse student population.  I am confident they will bring the same level of excellence and dedication to any future partnerships,” says BridgePrep Academy Food Service Director, Director of Safety and Operations, Nicodimus Martinez.

BridgePrep Academy's continued confidence in our dining team is both humbling and inspiring," said Elior Senior Vice President of Operations Todd Hickman.  “As we expand our partnership to additional schools, we are honored to serve more students with fresh, flavorful, and nutritious meals that introduce variety, global choices, and positive dining experiences every day."

Elior will also update dining spaces to encourage healthier eating, support learning, and, just as importantly, foster interaction among diverse student groups.  Updated marketing, daily specials, nutritional information and engaging food visuals—are all part of a series of exciting enhancements to the dining experience.

Elior’s branding will further enhance the dining experience for students at every level—bringing a focus on Healthy, Fresh, and Delicious options to the middle schools, while elementary school students will benefit from the Fantastic Five program, ensuring every meal includes a balanced selection of fruit, dairy, protein, vegetables, and grains.

A robust promotional portfolio will also engage students including So Good, a unique program that highlights seasonal produce monthly; BeWell, Elior’s health and wellness platform, that offers additional healthier options and nutrition education to students at each grade level; and Global Bites, featuring authentic recipes from around the world!

In addition to healthy menu options, students will have access to Elior registered dietitians, who will provide menu planning support for specialized diets as well as nutrition counseling.

The Elior School Dining leadership team is happy to support the learning process.  They are: BridgePrep Palm Beach Food Service Director Ana Perez and BridgePrep Championsgate Food Service Director Tremeika Strickland.  All schools are supported by Regional Chef Christian Schultz and Menu Coordinator Sarah Firnsin.
